v1.7.1: SwitchBoard Reliability Fix

A targeted fix for SwitchBoard users who stage multiple automation toggles before deploying — all staged items now deploy correctly in a single bulk operation.

Bug Fixes

• SwitchBoard: Fixed an issue where staging multiple component toggles before deploying would only process a subset of the changes. All staged items are now reliably included in the bulk deploy.
