Will you ever charge?+
We may introduce paid tiers in the future for advanced features. If we do, we'll clearly describe the terms and pricing before you're charged. Existing free features won't be taken away.
How does AI pricing work?+
Every workspace starts with $10 in free AI credits - no credit card required. AI usage draws from a prepaid wallet shared across your workspace, and every agent reply shows exactly what that turn cost (usually well under a cent). When the credits run out, top up $5, $10, $25, $50, or a custom amount via Stripe, with optional auto top-up. Viewing AI Dashboards is always free - no tokens are spent to open one. Bring-your-own-keys (Claude or Gemini) is on the roadmap.
Are you selling my data?+
No. We don't sell, share, or monetize your data in any way. We don't run ads. Your data is yours.
How is my Salesforce data protected?+
OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Row Level Security ensures strict data isolation between users. We never store your Salesforce org data - queries are proxied in real time and results are never persisted on our servers.
